The staff are amazing and everyone was so nice! I especially loved Lllewelyn and Tariq who were super helpful..
They had a way of just making everything happen. Very helpful. The facilities are first class...out of this world. It was amazing. I was actually sad when my stay ended.

I stayed at the Silo for the first time in 2022 after having dinner there for a work event. I was there again for work in 2023, and finished the trip with my husband at the Silo to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. I notified the staff that it was our anniversary and they went far and beyond to ensure that we taken care of. The service is amazing. The details are exquisite. And the experience exceeds expectation. We will be back in 2024 😁

We loved everything about this unit. The location and proximity were fantastic. Great security and the lace was spotless. Beds were very comfy, the people managing and looking after the unit were so prompt if we had any problems or questions. we could not have been happier. Our lovely host Daisy, who met us at the property also added such an extra special touch!

The whole property has been renovated and looks fantastic. The room was very nice with a very comfortable bed and a beautiful view of the harbour and table mountain. Staff were all very nice and you can’t beat the location for the V&A. Lots of Lovely little touches for Christmas around the hotel with a nice bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived.

We found the Dock House to be the perfect starting point after landing in Cape Town! It's a bit hard to find at first, but once you know where to go it's very conveniently and centrally located on the V&A Waterfront. The rooms are lovely, well-appointed, and the beds are quite comfortable - there was even a veranda for us to have our morning coffee! The included breakfast is wonderful - everything was delicious and Ashley takes extreme care in both the decor and latte art. Would definitely stay here again!

A very central location which is safe and easily identifiable.
The staff were just wonderful. Special mention to the Manager Celeste who looked after us at Ginja for breakfast every morning. As well as Redaa who got us our Ubers and helped with our bags.
