We got free drinks on arrival, the host was very helpful with maps and information on what to see, where yo eat. Helped with all our tour bookings. The location is central, but there was no noise in the room.

Great staff! Very nice room and big pool overlooking the city. Location is perfect, very nice neighbourhood with all main things to see just short walk. Close to all restaurants, bars ect. It is in the shopping mall. Very nice and comfortable beds, overall great experience!

The ladies at the front desk were just fabulous!! I feel ill during my stay and they were so helpful in calling the Doctor and assisting me in getting to them to get medical assistance. Lovely foot spa after hectic days out was a lovely touch as was the free laundry!

Comfortable, convenient and clean. I had to fly in and out of Ho Chi Minh for a very brief trip. I arrived in the early hours of the morning and had no problem checking in. They very kindly offered me late check out which was an absolute life saver. The staff were all very polite and considerate. There were also lots of little touches that made everything feel homey. The room was spacious, and reflected the images accurately. I would definitely stay again.
