Absolutely amazing staff especially Justin and Grace at the reception. We had a lovely experience and felt like home. This is a brand new, modern hotel. It is situated on a small quiet street a few minutes from Hoan Kiem Lake and the Old Quarter. Its location is unbeatable. Easy and safe to walk around and to all sights of interest. The room is comfortable - big, spacious, impeccably clean and equiped with all necessary facilities. The breakfast buffet offers a great variety of dishes, drinks, fruits to every taste and cuisine. I enjoyed the afternoon tea, which was very relaxing. The views from the breakfast room and from the rooftop bar over Hoan Kiem Lake are breathtaking. But the most precious possession of the hotel is its staff. All employees - from the front desk, housekeeping, breakfast, sky bar - do wonderful job. Their service is exceptional. They are extremely friendly, caring and polite. I am impressed by their hospitality and desire to be helpful. They are good professionals, always responsive to our questions. Le Premier Hotel and Rooftop Bar is an excellent choice. I cannot recommend it highly enough. It is a marvellous place and I will stay here if I visit Hanoi again.
