The staff provided excellent service from check-in to check-out. The cleanliness of the room (very spacious) and facilities was exceptional; great location close to the airport and quiet at night. My tire was punctured, and the beautiful woman at the front desk was very helpful in helping me find a tire repair shop and arranging for me to go downtown, very nice girl! The driver from Croatia who took me to the airport LRT station took me to the shop to buy glue for the repair of the tire, and also helped me mend the tire, so friendly staff, very grateful!

This was our 2nd time at this hotel. We loved everything! Staff, breakfast, room for 5 of us with a great sitting area, great place to run nearby, Top of the Rock nearby, pool was delightful. . . blueberries in the morning are the best! Shuttle free and driver super pleasant.
