All the assistance was online, but it was fast and on point. Very helpful, informative, and convenient. The location is great - it is downtown, near the Art Museum and other great attractions. The room was very clean and very organized. Everything looked like brand new - very well maintained.

Breakfast in their Snooze cafe was outstanding. Fabulous vibe and really delicious food. We had some issues on check-in, having arrived from UK after a long day of travel. There was a big party going on at the venue and we needed a more quiet room. Emilee from the reception team was extremely understanding and helpful and we couldn’t be more impressed with her and her manager Jennifer.

Gym better than expected with free weight, machine, cardio and yoga sections. Staff gave us chocolates and roses at reception because we arrived on valentine's. The staff were professional The bed was huge, nice for laying out in.

Well, everything was great, the simple American breakfast, the room was great, everything was very clean, only one thing that bothered me was the toilet, which seemed to have a smell of pee on it, maybe a tip on using chlorine (bleach) or vinegar, to see if it comes out, everything was great, 10 points for the Hotel and everyone who works, the reception even more so, super polite.
