The concierges were incredibly helpful, the breakfast staff (especially the two hostesses) were very kind and welcoming, the cleaning staff were thorough, the bed was so comfortable, the location ideal (right in front of the train station), and the spa was phenomenal. I would stay at this hotel again.

The staff is remarkable! Everyone was so nice and caring. Although seems already quite a few years old, everything is in perfect shape. Sentosa Island is a bit away from the thrilling Singapore centre, but therefore a stay at W is the perfect retreat. Will not be my last time with W Sentosa Cove. :)

The rooms were very fancy and the pools were very spacious and fun. The wc in the rooms is a smart one with many cool options. You are also given various snacks for free at the beginning The stuff was understanding and helpful. Everything felt top notch but the best possible part was the rooftop pool. The access is restricted to adults only, therefore it was very quiet and empty and soooooo awesome!
