The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. On arrival, they offered us breakfast, even though we weren't eligible for breakfast that day. The room was really pretty and the location of the hotel is superb. It's only a minutes walk away from the St Mark's Square.

The location of the hotel is excellent, the Rialto Bridge and St. Mark's Square are within walking distance, 5-7 minutes. The hotel room was warm and comfortable, very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was exceptionally good, a very large selection and very tasty. I highly recommend.
