Loved, loved, loved all about it!!! The best service, amazing staff, very clean, modern Venetian style. Breakfast was superb, location by the water, walking distance from the train station and everywhere. Great restaurants nearby and delicious food. Also, complimentary use of umbrellas when it rained was plus. Highly recommend it and we would definitely come back. Thank you Carnaval Palace!

Amazing place to stay while in Venice. Its clean, with freshly rennovated rooms. Comfortable matrass, big size crispy white towels. Coffe, tea, water provided complimentary in the room. Very nice host Luca. Easy to find coming from airport by waterbus Alilaguna. Highly recommend 👍

The rooms are exactly as in the pictures. The hotel is right in front of the deck so very easy to get to. The stuff was very nice and helpful. The bathroom is a bit small but for us it was alright. It is close to Rialto Bridge (10 min on foot) and to other attractions. We will definitely stay there again.

The hotel is quite new, and the rooms and bathrooms are large and well furnished. We were in Room 117 from May 27th to 29th, and it looked onto a recently landscaped, large backyard garden where we had supper one warm evening on the newly laid deck surrounded by beautiful plants. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, and the front desk gave good recommendations for meals and sightseeing nearby. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices.This hotel is exceptionally well located to the train station a few minutes down the street, which we walked from and to easily with our roller bags and a backpack.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I was traveling with my mom, and she was happy too! The room was very warm, cozy, and spacious. There’s a wonderful kitchen where you can cook various dishes using ingredients you can buy nearby – and everything is aesthetically pleasing. There’s public water transport, supermarkets, and restaurants close by. I highly recommend this place. Special thanks to Lorenzo and Noemi.
