Everything was perfect. Especially, I appreciate Katerina's support. I booked a Vatican Museum guided tour from a third party, but Katerina noticed that the museum was closed due to a holiday. She even called the Vatican to check. It turned out that the ticket was invalid, so I could swiftly refund it and find a new ticket. Katarina's professional actions and carings made my stay in Roma perfect.

The hotel is located right next to the Vatican and we could see St. Pietro cathedral from our balcony. There is a bus stop in front of the building and a metro stop very close to it. The room was spacious, with a nice balcony with a lounging area on it. Bathroom was big. Martina was very helpful and helped us with other questions that we had. She also allowed us to leave our suitcases in the room past checkout time because our train was in the evening. Breakfast was nice. And they even took an extra step to accommodate our specific food requirements.

Really near to the Vatican city, by walking 5 minutes. Very good location. There was everything you need for spending your days in Rome. Valentina was so nice and helpful. If you wanna spend some days in Rome this is really good choice.

Late check-in at midnight was easy and free. Room was clean and air conditioned. Host is very kind and helpful. Location is near Vatican, shopping center, metro and railway station. P.S. Thank you for muffins and tea at the begining. It was our first breakfast in Rome :)

The location was perfect, just a few minutes walk to the metro , supermarkets and restuarants. The apartment although on a busy street was very quiet and we thoroughly enjoyed sitting out on the roof terrace every morning and evening. Our host, Simone was fantastic. He was readily avaliable before and during our stay to help with local information, table reservations and transport bookings. His help was invaluable to us and certainly made our trip more enjoyable.
