Rooms are spacious, extravagantly decorated, with amazing views of the Mumbai skyline. Beds were super comfortable. The breakfast options are mind-blowing! I had an issue with a mouldy smell in my room - staff were very helpful in relocating me to another room in the middle of the night.

Very very friendly and helpful staff, clean and confortable room- in fact the room was cleaner than many upscale hotels I have stayed in India, very well organized and hasle free transfer and stay for travellers flying to/from BOM, free airport pick-up, a decent restaurant nearby owned by the property management . The way they run this hotel is really appreciable. No elevator but no issues with your luggage as there is plenty of staff available to carry your laggage to the room and back. I had arranged airport drop off at 4 in the morning and when I opened my door at 4, a staff was already waiting for me in front of the door. Excellent customer service!
