Wow, what a stay. It was our first visit to Dubrovnik and we thought it important to stay in the old town and our view was reconfirmed by our stay at this wonderful Suite. The location and experience was perfect. Our intention was to experience life in the old town and that was exactly what we got. Everything was convenient and on our doorstep. Mubera as our host was wonderful and communicated extensively with us to ensure we had all the information required to maximise our stay.

Nije Preša Apartments is located within the UNESCO-listed Old Town of Dubrovnik, only a short walk from the popular Stradun Promenade.

This property was perfect for me and my three friends all in our late 20's. Although it would be ideal for anyone travelling to Dubrovnik. A family, a couple (young or older), and friends it would suit everyone. The location was perfect- a minute minute to get to the main square inside the city walls. The property was modern, spacious and comfortable. For such a great price we could not believe how lucky we got. Would also recommend the restaurant 'Dundo Maroje' just outside the property entrance.

Amazing location, in the very center of the old town. Super close to all the bars and restaurants, really easy to get too. The room was really nice, clean, light, with a great shower and comfortable beds. Our host Davor was great, he helped us find our room and offered us lots of advice for Dubrovnik. Thanks!

Amazing location, just a few steps from the main street Stradun. Rooms were spacious and clean. The host was very informative and responsive in answering queries.The property is very close to Pile gate (that has a walking ramp) which makes entry and exit with suitcases a breeze compared to other gates that has steps only.

Smooth communication - Vicko contacted us with all necessary information day before our arrival. Thanks to it was easy to find location, which is just a few steps from main walking street Stradun. Apartment location is an absolute win, if you wish to explore Old Town. It is at the flat area of Old Town, so it was convenient to come with luggage. Our room was a bit smaller (the same like the most of the rooms in other old historical towns). There was all we needed - the room was nice and clean, with big walk-in shower and we slept well. When you enter apartment there is a smaller hall - common area for apartments, where we could leave luggage. Our flight was in late afternoon, so it was very helpful. Vicko, thank you also for all your recommendations!

I can't believe that the room is so nice with AC and even a small yard. Everything is tidy and new. And you can enjoy living inside the old town! Also the host could let us keep the luggage in their place for a while. The hosts are really nice!
