The main reason we had selected this property was for the lift, as my father who was staying with me had undergone heart surgery a few months back. But the lift had stopped working on the second day. When I brought it up with the receptionist, he changed our room and got all our belongings shifted to the other room as well while we were on tour. This was a very kind gesture!

We had such a great stay at Number 18. We could Check-in early without a Problem, the Hosts were so nice and helpful. The room was extraordinary, cozy, clean and very well equipped. The breakfast was very tasty and arranged lovely.
We enjoyed this eclectic, quirky and very beautiful place a lot und would recommend it to everyone!

The b&b it’s in an old historic fascinating building of Conwy, our room was really cozy and coherent with its historic furniture. The tub in the room was the extra on top which we really appreciated after walking all the day.
but the real plus of the building is the Old chapel where the restaurant and bar is, having breakfast in such a place it’s simply unbelievable. The staff is also really welcoming and professional.
