The place is modern and compact, but the space was utilized exceptionally well. It was clean, and the bus station and supermarket were conveniently located right across the street. The upstairs area was excellent—well-equipped with a fridge and complimentary tea and coffee. The rooftop was also a highlight. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Upon arrival the room was not ready as scheduled. I met the sales manager Ms. Isabella and the room was upgraded to a suite and a drink and lunch were provided as a courtesy of the hotel. They paid attention to the smallest details based on previous comments I made when I stayed at the hotel 6 months ago. Thank you all

Great accommodation. Very good location in Geneva. The hotel has recently been renovated and everything is exemplary. The rooms are very good, good facilities, everything is very clean. It is a great location within walking distance of Geneva's most attractive sights. It is very easy to get in and out of the hotel, with wonderful staff and great overall accommodations. Additionally, the hotel is super cute and very cabin-like while in the city!

I loved the location and the staff. They were so helpful and even helped me plan my off-work time in and around Geneva. Also, on requesting a river facing room, they arranged it for me. :)

Hotel seems newly renovated and very well maintained - modern and stylish furnishings, very comfortable and excellent shower, comfortable bed, quiet at night even though the area can be busy in the day. Location is amazing - walking distance to the main sights and very convenient from the airport (10 min train ride). Lots of nice eateries around the area too so you will always be well fed. Staff were all very friendly and kind. Housekeeping did a good job and provided free mineral water and chocolates. Will gladly stay again.
