The location is great! With a bus stop around the corner and Bondi Junction and Bondi Beach at a walkable distance, you'll easily get around Sydney. The accommodation is wonderful, luxurious and clean. It exceeded my expectations by miles.

A lovely stay to wrap up our tour of Sydney. Located in idyllic neighbourhood of Paddington, serving best fine dining dinner and breakfast, with room amenities and tasteful decor, this can be one of the best hotels we stayed ever. Well organised and everything in place. All you would expect and need in a serviced apartments were available. Derek was very helpful and available on phone to guide things for us all along. It was raining heavily on that day and i managed to get the apartment in a prime location was my luck. No need to walk more than 100 meters for any of your needs. Will stay again as i am a regular visitor to Sydney.

We stayed in the apartment for 5 weeks while visiting our daughter. The property is very well appointed - it had everything that we needed for our stay - and is really convenient, being in the heart of Bondi Junction and close to both the train and the bus station. We got around everywhere by public transport. There is also garage parking included on the property for anyone who prefers to have a car. The host Adam was super helpful and met us on arrival, letting us into the property a little earlier than expected which was greatly appreciated after a long flight. He answered all queries very promptly. All the fittings are very good quality, and there were plenty of spare towels and bed linen provided, also good quality. Lovely comfy bed! There are heaters provided for the colder evenings which were very efficient and heat the flat very well. Adam has provided air conditioning although we didn't use that at all but it would be useful in the warmer months. There wasn't really anything that we felt was missing from the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again - one of the best places we have rented in Sydney in the last 10 years!
