We stranded at Stay Jaffa in the war situation after Sukkot 2023 and it was no question for the stuff to help as immediately and without any hesitation. So, we had a save haven until our leave could be managed The location is unbeatable between the modern and the old Jerusalem right at Jaffa Street. Service, house keeping, equipment, nice balcony.. all perfect. Thank you so much! We would give you a visit any time again.

We celebrated our son's Bar Mitzvah with family and stayed in a few units. Yoel and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and allow us the family togetherness we were seeking! Pauline and her husband were extremely helpful and accommodating with border closures and delays always enquiring about my safe passage Management and staff went out of their way to assist in every way possible - truly an extraordinary boutique hotel Location just a few minutes from the Damascus Gates and old city next to markets cafes book shops bus station - everything at hand. Free breakfast with a huge spread of local delicacies and European cuisine. Fresh fruit and local sweets Dinner was superb - a local Palestinian dish with Palestinian salmon Palestinian wine and Palestinian olives. Exquisite.

The American Colony Hotel, situat al centre de l'animada ciutat de Jerusalem, gaudeix d'un ambient tranquil i acull una piscina gran, diverses sales de lectura molt elegants i jardins paisatgístics. Tot. És un hotel excellent. Molt ben ubicat, a pocs minuts caminant de la Porta de Damasc, amb una habitació molt comfortable, amb una piscina fantàstica amb una zona d’aigua a l’ombra inclosa, un gimnàs fantàstic molt ben equipat amb l’equipament més avançat, Technogym. El pati interior on s’esmorza és fabulós. Una preciositat. Al mateix pati a la nit hi ha un restaurant, l’Arabesque, molt agradable. Disposen d’un bar d’estiu igualment molt agradable, un lloc preciós compartimentat amb plantes. Els serveis de consergeria va ser esplèndids, i tot el personal fou molt amable.

I loved everything! The room was comfortable, clean and nice and the staff was great and helpful! The breakfast was amazing. Everything was exceptional! It was a very very nice stay and everything was great!

Free Wi-Fi access is available.... The hotel is well appointed. Upon arrival Katya at front reception accomodated my request for a quiet room with a queen bed and a bathtub. She was professional and friendly. Upon entering the room I was quite pleased that the room was well appointed with all the necessary amenities such as TV, fridge, safe, chair and coffee table. The bathroom was quite large with a,walk-in bathtub with more than enough towels, toiletries etc. There was some chocolates, plenty of cartridges for the coffee maker. The room actually had slippers as well as bathrobes. I had a very restful sleep. In the morning I was greeted by Suhair who with a broad smile gave me my voucher for the breakfast which was served in a nearby establishment. The breakfast was very hearty and I took back to the hotel what I couldn't finish and ate for lunch. I interacted with a number of staff all who were friendly, helpful and professional including Iman, Marah, Dalia ( spelling) The lobby was very nice and had complimentary coffee etc.

Set in the heart of Jerusalem, just 20 metres from Ben Yehuda Street, the City Center Jerusalem offers air-conditioned accommodation with a kitchenette. The Old City is a 15-minute walk away. Staff were very accommodating and helpful. Cleaning staff and front desk were amazing in going above and beyond to meet all of our needs. We would definitely stay next time we come to Jerusalem.
