Our stay at Le Premier was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The property itself is tastefully decorated and without exception, the staff are friendly and eager to please. We were received with tea as a welcome drink and refreshing towels. Lily in particular went above and beyond to assist us in planning transportation for our further travels across Vietnam. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the overall vibe of the whole hotel was one of relaxation. We particularly enjoyed the tranquility in hectic Hanoi. Breakfast was delicious and consisted of high quality products. Rooms were cleaned immaculately. We have stayed at several hotels in Hanoi in the past, but we will definitely stay at Le Premier if we come back to Hanoi in the future.

The staff were kind and very helpful. They stored our bags the next day until.we left for the airport. The breakfast was good and the location is perfect.

Nos recibieron muy bien y amablemente en el check-in, con una bebida de cortesía. Las habitaciones con 2 camas muy cómodas y limpias. El restaurante está muy bien con servicio de buffet, con opciones vietnamita u occidental; tanto el desayuno como las comidas están muy bien. Como saldríamos un día a la Bahía de Ha Long, nos resguardaron unas maletas sin costo, para nuestro regreso por una noche más.

Amara Hanoi Hotel and Spa tiene una ubicación excelente en el centro de Hanói y ofrece alojamiento 4 estrellas cerca de Teatro de Marionetas de Agua Thang Long y Lago Hoan Kiem. Wonderful stay! Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was superb and delicious. Overall good hotel in the old quarters.

I love the contemporary design of this hotel. It feels extremely spacious and modern. The architect has done amazing work making it feel comfortable and also decadent. While using modern design… its still very welcoming and beyond impressive. The hotel is opposite the beach and close to everything you need to relax for the day. When i needed anything it was swiftly delivered to my room. Its an impressive hotel thats made even more special by the amazing people that work there. 10/10!!! I truly cant wait for my next stay. Also the food is delicious and the bed is like floating on a cloud. The views from the pool area are picturesque and will make anyone gasp in owe.
