Great mix of old and new! The workmanship done to refurbish and rebuild this old castle into a mix of old and modern is beyond perfect .Our room was big, comfy, clean, full of amenities, and thoughtfully and artfully finished. The workers were all pleasant and helpful. Food was delicious and very plentiful and a bargain that was included in our room price. . We received delicious cheese filled warm Pita and dessert in the afternoon, a sit down dinner with freshly made soup, salad with fresh herbs, stew and dessert. Breakfast had a fresh delicious buffet and then we were served delicious cooked eggs and fresh pita with cheese This is a unique hotel for someone who loves the countryside and wants to stay in a castle. The atmosphere, architecture, upper lookout patios, garden trails, water hole and museum tour were extra bonuses . The newly planted gardens was wonderful and will be a delight to see when in bloom and in years to come.

New and clean hotel with very hospitable and attentive staff. There are very tasteful tea and coffee available at lobby bar 24/7.

Location was Perfect. Walking distance to blue mosque, hagia sophia, topkapi palace, grand bazzar. Our room view was amazing, room 301.

Owner and staff are very friendly and accommodating. Mr. Cadirci is welcoming and will ensure your stay is everything it should and can be. Hotel is centrally located within east walking distance to all the attractions. Hotel is clean and comfortable.

The hotel is located very close to the main attractions of Sultanahmed neighborhood. Maybe only 150 steps to the Blue Mosque. There are plenty of nice small restaurants nearby. Breakfast was very good and fresh. We had everything that we needed with some local touch. The staff was amazing. They went way over the regular service, always trying to help and make our stay better. We even got a fruit plate and a nice card on our last day.

People, facilities, breakfast, everything was very good.

Breakfast was really comprehensive; you could not want for more. The staff were all lovely and super helpful. It was a home away from home. Our room was quiet with a balcony and a magical view. I would highly highly recommend !

The location was easy access to Galata area but very quiet. Fabulous view over the Bosporus from our room. Fantastic breakfast and the staff are exceptionally helpful. Osman the cat is a wonderful ambassador and even escorted me to my room! (Didn’t come in though).

Great rooms, great pool, homely friendly service

The whole stay was outstanding due to the service of the family at Ayazma Cave hotel. The breakfast was so yum, fresh and homely. Would highly recommend staying here. Special thanks to Ruhan and Furqan for making it worth it. It’s a new hotel as well, so feels very bright and clean. It’s a great location as well, 5 minutes away from the main bazaar, 10 mins away from Goreme and all the other spots are just a drive away.

Our experience at this property was exceptional and exceeded our expectations. The location is superb, centrally situated with easy access to restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets. The room was immaculate, very clean, and comfortably warm. The bathroom was well-appointed and aesthetically pleasing. The staff demonstrated remarkable professionalism and care, making our stay truly memorable. Their thoughtful gesture of baking a cake for my birthday was particularly appreciated. Additionally, Leo, the resident cat, added a delightful touch to our experience. We highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a superior accommodation experience. We look forward to returning in the future.
