Alex responds to messages almost instantly and is incredibly helpful—whether it’s arranging airport pickup or recommending a local tour guide, money exchange - she’s got us covered. Our flight was delayed by two days, and she kindly adjusted our check-in dates without any extra charges. The place itself is so cozy—it honestly feels like staying at a grandma’s house (in the best way!). The bed is super comfy with a proper blanket and adorable bedding. Everything was spotless. Rooms are pretty spacious. There’s also an amazing restaurant just a 10-minute walk away called O Pirata—it looks simple, but the food was absolutely incredible. And if you’re in the mood for a bit of fun, there’s an old-fashioned casino just a few minutes away.

Guesthouse Cacau e Café está ubicado en Santo António, en la región de Principe Island, a 15 km de Obo National Park, y ofrece un bar. Central, clean, and easy to find. The manager and staff were very polite and helpful. As a suggestion for breakfast, it would be great to have a small written menu to choose from. Also, offering some local coffee and cacao would add a lovely touch to the experience.

Quinta Santa Rita - Príncipe está ubicado en Cascalheira, a 2,2 km de Praia BomBom y a 20 km de Obo National Park, y ofrece un jardín y una terraza. Located near the airport, you do need a car to get around, however the hotel does arrange transport. THe resort is exceptionally clean and well cared for, our room was spotless and we also had a lounge which was great. The staff are amazing, a really nice place to stay

Located on São Tomé Island, Pestana Sao Tome is set on the seaside, 1 km from the centre of São Tomé. It offers private beach access, an outdoor swimming pool, a spa and a terrace with sunbeds. El personal la limpieza y la comida buena

Hotel Kenito está ubicado en São Tomé, a 7 minutos a pie de Playa Emília, y ofrece alojamiento con una pileta al aire libre, estacionamiento privado gratis, un jardín y una terraza. Booked here for my friends and me this week and our stay was wonderful! Kenito & his staff go out of their way to assist clients. Note however if you are an English-only speaker, communication with the staff is going to be hard. Great all-around services otherwise!

Hotel Praia está ubicado en São Tomé, a 2 minutos a pie de Playa Lagarto, y tiene alojamiento con una pileta al aire libre, estacionamiento privado gratis, un gimnasio y un jardín. Esta cerca del aeropuerto, nos sirvió para coger vuelo al día siguiente. Nos ofrecieron transfer, tanto de ida como de vuelta. Llegamos tarde por retraso de vuelo y nos esperaron para darnos algo de cenar, todo un detallazo!!!. El personal muy amable.
