Melvinva and Mohammed at th front desk had excellent customer service skills. Edmond was attentive to our basic needs. All 3 staff members shoud be commended on their work ethics and excellent customer service. They are Radisson's best. This hotel is a Jewel in the heart of Freetown. Water pressure and hot water was perfect for someone who is accustomed to these ammenitites. I will be coming back again. Great learning experience for locals who have never been inside a hotel or in a pool.
