Located in Lisbon and with Commerce Square reachable within 200 metres, Pestana Rua Augusta Lisboa provides concierge services, non-smoking rooms, a restaurant, free WiFi and a bar. Staying at this hotel exceeded my expectations. I am most impressed with the staff. During our stay we decided to leave the city and spend a couple of days on the beach. The lady at the reception, Sara Fundo, made numerous phone calls (on a Sunday!) and organized a swap between Pestana Hotel in Lisbon with Pestana in Alvor for a couple of nights, without us paying a cent. Overall, the hotel is very clean and well maintained. As I already mentioned, the staff is exceptional. The location is great, right in the center of the city and close to numerous landmarks.

The hotel lies inside a beautiful park, so there are lovely views all around, and it’s if you want to get out for a walk you’re already in a natural setting within the town. Our children enjoyed the pool, where you could swim both indoors and outdoors. The staff was friendly and helpful, and kind to our children. Breakfast had many options and we also had a nice meal at the restaurant in the evening.

Well set in Porto, Ribeira Douro Hotel features 2-star accommodation close to Palacio da Bolsa and Ferreira Borges Market. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was outstanding. Great variety and delicious . The location was perfect- in the heart of the old city and on a quiet street. Excellent choice.
