Very nice staff and the best hotel that I have stayed in in Malaysia. It is a nice room and a very nice hotel. I have stayed in hotels with higher room prices that were not as good as this one.

Das Personal ist wirklich freundlich, gutes Englisch. Die Zimmer sehr sauber, Bett wsr echt bequem und wir haben uns rund um wohl gefühlt :) Wir haben ursprünglich für 2 Nächte gebucht aber sind leider einen Tag zu spät angereist. Das war absolut kein Problem, das hotel kam uns entgegen, wir konnten die 2 nächte ohne Kosten stronieren und haben dann eine nacht gebucht. Wir sind sehr dankbar, dass uns das hotel hier entgegen gekommen ist. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen! :)

The resort is tucked away in a stunning part of the island, offering crystal-clear waters, powdery white sand, and a serene atmosphere perfect for relaxing and recharging. The hospitality was exceptional. Every staff member I encountered was polite, helpful, and went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. The buggy service around the resort was incredibly efficient and convenient — available at any time with just a quick call. The drivers were always so friendly, and it made getting around the resort so easy and enjoyable, especially after a long day of exploring. My room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and offered breathtaking views of the ocean and tropical greenery. Housekeeping was impeccable, and the little touches each day made the stay feel truly luxurious. The food was another highlight fresh, flavourful, and thoughtfully curated. From breakfast to dinner, every meal was delicious. I especially appreciated the variety of local and international options. Whether it was snorkeling with vibrant marine life, lounging by the beach, or enjoying a romantic dinner by sunset, every moment was memorable. I highly recommend Marriott Pulau Perhentian to anyone looking for a luxury escape surrounded by natural beauty. Can’t wait to come back!

The service at the hotel was absolutely first-class. Everything went smoothly, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel arranged transportation from the airport to the hotel for our employee, which made the arrival very easy and hassle-free. The breakfast was tasty and varied, with options to suit many preferences. There was also a shopping mall nearby, which made running errands easy and convenient – a great bonus for a business traveler. Based on our experience, we will book a room at this hotel again on our next trip to Kuala Lumpur. Highly recommended!

They provided a complimentary drink upon arrival.
