Everything is clean and neat, but above all, the staff are all courteous, professional, and very helpful. From any person at the reception desk, to the bellboys and cleaning staff, they were all very helpful and ready to accommodate any request. When everyone is professional and helpful, it must be trickling down from the management. It is really impressive.

Beit Toureef - HOME está ubicado en Beirut, a 6 minutos a pie de Calle Gemayzeh, y tiene servicio de conserjería, habitaciones libre de humo, una terraza, wifi gratis en todo el alojamiento y un bar. Hotel fantástico en una zona muy buena de Beirut. El personal es encantador, nos atendieron de maravilla en todo momento y nos guardaron equipaje durante una noche que fuimos a otra ciudad. El desayuno fabuloso con productos libaneses buenísimos y muy abundante. Además se adaptaban a tus gustos. El café muy bueno también. Si quieres puedes comer o cenar. Nos quedamos una noche a cenar y estuvo muy bien. Las habitaciones muy limpias y cómodas. Tienen amenities de baño muy buenos. La zona es muy buena, segura y bien comunicada. Alrededor hay muchos restaurantes y zona de ocio. Sin duda alguna, volvería a este hotel y de hecho, espero volver.

Staff was very helpful, dedicated to what they did.and very kind. The location is very convenient, 5 min walking distance from Zaitunay bay and not far from other Beirut attractions, good connection with airport.

If you need anything just ask them and they will accommodate very politely and quickly. I can’t talk enough about the cleanliness of the property. Right from the parking lot , to the lobby , to the floor you’re staying, and the room you will feel fresh right when you put your feet in.

The location is fantastic, near all Jbail markets, good restaurants, 10 minutes walking to Jbail old Souq, the staff and management are very very helpful, friendly and efficient (you feel like you are in your home) the hotel is super clean, this hotel became my only target if I visited Jbail again.

Beautiful pool, Art everywhere, perfect location in the center but in a quiet little street a little 'hidden'. Would loooove to visit again! 11/10! TIP* If you are there... you should def. look for the little pet they have hidden in the garden, he's very cute and social.
