I recently stayed here and it was, without a doubt, the best hotel I've ever experienced on a trip. I literally can't find a single thing to complain about. The hotel is spotlessly clean. The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast was outstanding, with a huge variety of options to choose from. The drinks were fantastic as well. The location is absolutely amazing! It's close to everything you could possibly need, with countless restaurants nearby and the market just a short walk away. I truly had the best time here. I will definitely be coming back. 1000/10!

The front desk team was especially outstanding – both the night and day shift staff were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. A special shoutout to Chris and T, who were always friendly, attentive, and ready with great local tips and assistance whenever we needed it. The hotel itself is clean, cozy, and perfectly located. But what really sets it apart is the rooftop – don’t miss sunset up there! It’s easily one of the best views in the city – stunning panoramic sights of the mountains and river that are truly unforgettable. We’ll definitely be back!

Once the air conditioning in the room was a bit weak, the staff immediately changed the room without any trouble. Every morning, they always greet me with a friendly smile, making me feel right at home. The service attitude is beyond expectations for a mid-range hotel — very professional, but still warm and friendly. This is the biggest plus that makes me want to come back here!”
