The bed and pillows are comfortable. We had a good sleep. Breakfast is great. Location is near to everything, restaurants, grocery store. Shout out to the receptionist Nuryal (not sure if it is her correct name), she’s very accommodating, pleasant personality and friendly.

El Swissotel Wellness Resort Alatau Almaty es un alojamiento de 5 estrellas situado en Almaty. Breakfast was very good. The coffee operating machine should be corrected: e.g. In English it was written chocolate, in Russian it was written expresso. So my chocolate drink turned out to be expresso.

El St. El Regis Astana se encuentra a orillas del río Ishim, en el corazón de Central Park, en la capital de Kazajstán. The hotel is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The service, the cleanliness, the rooms were very good. Also the staff were great and always helpful. A really nice lady called SANDIRA helped us to find our way round the city very quickly and gave us very good recommendations for shopping and restaurants. We used the limousine service for several hours and looked round the whole city. The value for money was fine. Thank you for a great stay!

All the staff at the reception , room services , restaurants are very professional, very polite and understanding . Special thank you to Dildora and Aruzan at the main restaurant for wonderful service and great food . Kamila at the reception desk is extremely accommodating . Definitely will come back .

I rarely stayed in any hotel with such a great value for money. The rooms are modern, spacious and perfectly clean, breakfast is good, the location is very good and in walking distance to the Mausoleum. The spa area and gym are as well very modern and inviting. Plus, you get free tickets for the flying theater and the family entertainment center. It doesn’t get much better than this and was by far the best hotel we stayed in during our Kazakhstan vacation.
