Situated in Almaty, 20 km from Medeo, Swissôtel Wellness Resort Alatau Almaty features accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking, a fitness centre and a bar. Very friendly staff with good English on the front desk. They were very accommodating and provided us some flower vases for my wife’s flowers when we arrived. Even though it was the off season all the facilities were available and the hotel was well staffed. The view from our room was absolutely stunning.

The hotel is really fascinating (like the name and the shape of it) the rooms are very big, clean, comfortable especially the bed and the bedlinen 👌 you have everything in the room: water, cafe, tea, some welcome chocolate. The breakfast is absolute superb: you can choose a'la carte from a wide range of foods and each of them are very delciousous - hard to choose. There is 3 different restaurant: we tried all of them and were very satisfied: steak, italian and asian. The spa is really good.

Located centrally in Astana right next to Abu Dhabi Plaza, within walking distance to Bayterek Monument and Botanical garden, not far from major sports stadiums, Sheraton Astana Hotel provides... Staff is terrific. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Food at Emilya is excellent.

KARAVANSARAY Turkistan Harbour Hotel -FLYING THEATRE ACCESS is located in Türkistan and features a bar. With free WiFi, this 5-star hotel offers room service and a 24-hour front desk. Every was just Perfect, All Staff everybody. Very beautiful Place. Very Good People. Big Thanx to Booking.com and To hotel management. In Future i will stay only here.

Aidana Plaza Hotel in Shymkent has 4-star accommodation with a bar. Well located, nice room, good breakfast

Located in Aktau, 1.5 km from Aktau Beach, Dostyk Business Hotel provides accommodation with a terrace, free private parking, a restaurant and a bar. It is a very comfortable modern hotel with a nice and large room. The reception was very kind and they organized both a taxi transfer for us in the morning (very early) and a packed breakfast because of the early morning flight. Good location to take a walk on your own and see some places and shops

The St. Regis Astana està situat a la riba del riu Ishim, al cor del parc Central, a la capital del Kazakhstan. The staff at the St. Regis Astana is, without a doubt, in a league of their own. So very helpful and genuinely caring. We had requested a quiet room, they provided and I have rarely slept as well as I did. They had also customized the room with, among other things, a huge balloon with a map of all the places we had visited (based on information I had provided prior to arriving) which was a wonderful surprise. I had made a mistake in my booking (I booked a night too many) but staff made sure we weren’t charged for it. The food and service at breakfast is also extremely good and we usually didn’t feel like eating again for the rest of the day! We also enjoyed the service in the bar where we had excellent cocktails. We stayed in a suite, which was very large and tastefully decorated, with a comfortable sitting area and a large bathroom. The soft bed was wonderful after experiencing the hard beds in Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan. The temperature inside was comfortable, with quiet climate control. The property is located close to a park and an outside museum, with all the main attractions within 15 – 20 minutes of driving. Honestly, we would have liked to stay for many more nights and we would love to come back again.

Set in Türkistan, Rixos Turkistan offers 5-star accommodation with a terrace, a restaurant and a bar. A Turkish bath is available for guests. The hotel is exceptional . All the staff at the reception , room services , restaurants are very professional, very polite and understanding . Special thank you to Dildora and Aruzan at the main restaurant for wonderful service and great food . Kamila at the reception desk is extremely accommodating . Definitely will come back .
