The staff at the reception was so friendly and helpful they asked the Chef in the kitchen to make pancakes for my daughter (just for her) although it was not on the menu, because we arrived late for breakfast and she was sad she missed the pancakes! They also ordered taxi for us to and from hotel because our phone was not functional outside of the hotel! Highly recommend!

The St. Regis Astana està situat a la riba del riu Ishim, al cor del parc Central, a la capital del Kazakhstan. The staff at the St. Regis Astana is, without a doubt, in a league of their own. So very helpful and genuinely caring. We had requested a quiet room, they provided and I have rarely slept as well as I did. They had also customized the room with, among other things, a huge balloon with a map of all the places we had visited (based on information I had provided prior to arriving) which was a wonderful surprise. I had made a mistake in my booking (I booked a night too many) but staff made sure we weren’t charged for it. The food and service at breakfast is also extremely good and we usually didn’t feel like eating again for the rest of the day! We also enjoyed the service in the bar where we had excellent cocktails. We stayed in a suite, which was very large and tastefully decorated, with a comfortable sitting area and a large bathroom. The soft bed was wonderful after experiencing the hard beds in Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan. The temperature inside was comfortable, with quiet climate control. The property is located close to a park and an outside museum, with all the main attractions within 15 – 20 minutes of driving. Honestly, we would have liked to stay for many more nights and we would love to come back again.

El Wyndham Garden Astana es troba a Astanà, a 5 minuts a peu del centre comercial MEGA Silk Way i l'Expo 2017 Astana, i té WiFi gratuïta a tot arreu. Decent hotel with view to the mosque on the one side, 10 minutes walk to the center. Well equipped gym. Good breakfast. Helpful personnel. Neat suites. Recommend.

Amazing hotel, very modern and very well-decorated. My room had a nice view over the Harbour, all the amenities necessary, it is spacious, nice TV, beautiful bathrooms, and free access to Spa (sauna/hammam/turkish bath) + the flying theater which is a must-do! I’ve had lunch in the restaurant and in room-dining service and would definitely recommend this place!

Located centrally in Astana right next to Abu Dhabi Plaza, within walking distance to Bayterek Monument and Botanical garden, not far from major sports stadiums, Sheraton Astana Hotel provides... Staff is very professional and kind. The hotel is just 10 minutes walk from the center. Staff at the front desk helped me a lot in giving information about taxi and local attractions

Located in Aktau, 1.5 km from Aktau Beach, Dostyk Business Hotel provides accommodation with a terrace, free private parking, a restaurant and a bar. Everything. Friendly and helpfull staff, clean and modern rooms, excellent breakfast...can't find a single bad thing to say. Highly recommended!!

Set in Türkistan, Rixos Turkistan offers 5-star accommodation with a terrace, a restaurant and a bar. A Turkish bath is available for guests. Everything was perfect. The rooms IS so spacious and comfortable. The spa and thé fitness room are excellent. Breakfast is delicious. The staff is very professional and helps you to make your stay the best possible. We really want to come back here.
