Hotel però nou i net amb una decoració moderna i funcional. Endolls i connectors USB i C a prop de la tauleta de nit, bany complet i una dutxa còmoda i amb bona pressió d’aigua. També té assecador. Tot i estar a prop de l’estació, està ben insonoritzat. El desdejuni no és un gran buffet, però tot el que hi ha està bo. El personal molt amable i atent. L’hotel és menut, però les habitacions estan molt bé de tamany. La nostra habitació al tercer pis era abuhardillada però no claustrofòbica, si ets molt alt/a no podies anar dret per una part de l’habitació però era un espai “mort”. Supose que si vas més d’una nit, et donaran les habitacions dels pisos inferiors que encaran seran més còmodes.

Well situated in the centre of Florence, II Guelfo Bianco offers buffet breakfast and free WiFi throughout the property. This 3-star hotel offers a bar. I don’t usually leave reviews — only when something is either really disappointing or seriously impressive. This hotel? Definitely the latter. First of all, the location is unbeatable — you step out and you’re already in the heart of everything. Breakfasts deserve a special mention: absolutely delicious, with a variety and quality that truly exceeded my expectations. And then, the Prosecco — what a charming touch! A complimentary bottle was waiting for me in the room, and downstairs in the lobby, you can always pour yourself a glass (or three, or five…) whenever you feel like it. It’s the kind of little luxury that makes a stay feel special. Honestly, I’m trying to think of something negative to balance this out, but I really can’t. Everything was just… great. Would absolutely stay here again.

Gran ubicació per anar caminant a molts dels principals punts d' interés de la ciutat i al costat del metro. Personal super amable i profesional: la recepció encantadors,durant ell esmorçar, bo i variat, sense parar de repondre el que faltaba continuament, i el personal de neteja ja que estaba tot netísim. Una elecció perfecte per pasar uns dies a Roma.

We felt secure and safe. Parking was included. Nice breakfast spread daily. The staff was exceptional. Our host was waiting on a group checking in and noticed me patiently waiting until he was done, but he stopped what he was doing to ask if he could help me! Large room and bath.

We absolutely loved our stay here. We got there by taxi from Roma Termini and was a short drive. The hotel is situated walking distance from the Spanish steps and tons of shopping. The room was fantastic. We had the junior Suite (hotel gave us an upgrade for free!). The styling of the hotel was very modern and the amenities matched! It was so spacious. The room also had a super comfortable bed. Lastly, the tv allowed for easy streaming of our series and movie favorites. The staff was super friendly and helpful. On our last day we had an early flight and they even packed us some to-go breakfasts. Speaking of breakfast, it is a must!

AR Suites&Art is located in Bergamo, 400 metres from Centro Congressi Bergamo and less than 1 km from Teatro Donizetti Bergamo. Because everything was perfect the staff was very friendly, the hall and the room were comfortable and very clean, and the location was in a strategic position. Whenever we return to Bergamo, the only place we will definitely stay is AR Suites & Art. You are the best! Thank you again!
