We arrived late, but the letter and room key were waiting for us at the reception. The hotel has many cozy seating areas and good Wi-Fi. Outside, there is a sauna and hot tubs – it was a wonderful opportunity to relax. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful.

Loved the place very scenic. The staff was amazing too. We were running late for dinner at the hotel and the restaurant was going to close by the time we got there. The Staff managed to put away food for us on the side this way when we got to the hotel we had all the meals ready. Thank you hotel Laxa for the great hospitality and good stay!

El Fosshótel Mývatn está situado junto al lago Mývatn, a 6,8 km de los baños naturales de Mývatn. Los hoteles ofrecen wifi gratis y estacionamiento privado gratuito. La habitación muy cómoda, el baño muy bien equipado, con cremas corporales, y demás cositas que siempre son bienvenidas. Buenas cortinas para oscurecer la habitación. Muy buen desayuno y persona excelente, super amables. Lo recomiendo!

El Lighthouse-Inn se encuentra en Gardur y ofrece alojamiento con wifi gratis y un jardín con solárium y vistas al mar. Lo que más nos gustó, sin dudas, es que pudimos ver Auroras Boreales desde la ventana!! Está muy bien ubicado.

Hotel Halond está ubicado en Akureyri, a 39 km de Cascada Godafoss, y ofrece alojamiento con un jardín, estacionamiento privado gratis y una terraza. La comodidad de poder estacionar el auto justo frente a la habitación es excelente. Las camas son muy acolchadas.. Todo impecable. La cafetera es un plus.

Siglo Hotel by Keahotels está ubicado en Siglufjörður y ofrece alojamiento 4 estrellas con una terraza y un bar. El alojamiento ofrece restaurante y también tiene salón compartido, sauna y... One of the my best stays in Iceland. Enjoyed the outdoor hot bath, which the property also offers indoor sauna (but note operational at selected timings only). The room is lovely with a window overseeing the 'boat on the dock'. There is a common area for people to gather and chat, with central heating in the centre. The breakfast buffet was great too, served in the restaurant, and you get to enjoy nice views as well ... however, they close the restaurant when breakfast is over, meaning all patrons will be asked to adjourn elsewhere. The bar is open in the evenings, but pretty pricey so go easy on the alcohol :)

El Landhotel, situado a 27 km de Hella y a 12 km de Laugaland, cuenta con jardín, bar y wifi gratis. También tiene recepción 24 horas y restaurante. El hotel es muy bonito, tiene cosas para entretenernos, desafortunadamente por el viento no pudimos caminar o utilizar el hot tub! pero sí todo lo demás. El desayuno muy completo y rico, el diseño muy bonito, las habitaciones amplias y cómodas. Cenamos 2 días ahí y todo estába DELICIOSO.
