The Villa exceeded our expectations with its spacious bedrooms and living area. Every detail is brand new, well-maintained, and tastefully decorated. The breakfast is generous and delicious, offering a perfect start to the day. The pool area is incredibly relaxing, providing a comfortable spot to unwind while surrounded by palm trees. Just a few steps away lies an endless stretch of white sandy beach, offering a heavenly view. Ricardo, our host, greeted us warmly and shared numerous tips and extensive knowledge about the area. His prompt assistance ensured we had everything we needed throughout our stay.

The hotel is new and beautiful, the food is excellent and the staff are very kind, we really enjoyed our holiday here

Jambiani Villas offers a peaceful beachfront retreat with three properties located 350 meters apart in Jambiani. Each property features outdoor pools, free WiFi, and lush tropical gardens. The apartment was really spacious and quite literally a stones' throw from the beach. The staff were excellent in all aspects and always happy to help make our stay as comfortable as possible. Special mentions go to Diana, Hope, Hans and Shimsa for making our stay there special. The breakfasts were basic but good, and you can order eggs (boiled, scrambled, poached, omlette) which were really tasty. The lunch/dinner options are also very good and there is the option of room service. Highly recommend the live music evenings which also has a BBQ and buffet with local food.

The Amka Guesthouse consists of two building complexes and is privately managed. We have kitchen staff and housekeeping to ensure your well-being and cleanliness. Guesthouse No. This place was beautiful! We loved that it was set back from the beach so it was quiet, yet we had easy access to the ocean and we had a wonderful view of the turquoise waters from our large covered balcony. The balcony was an extension of our huge and pleasant room. A delicious and plentiful breakfast was delivered to our balcony each morning. The owner was very kind! He allowed us to stay extra time, since our taxi wasn't arriving until after check-out time.

KKJ House is situated in Zanzibar City, 1 km from Peace Memorial Museum, 1.8 km from House of Wonders, as well as 1.5 km from Hamamni Persian Baths. The house is located about 15-20 mins walk from the center of the city and the nearby beach is just 5 mins walk. The neighborhood was really friendly, starting from kids who warmly welcomed us and showed us the way to the beach, and ending with very kind owners of the small shops in the street where you can buy all necessary essential things. The house itself was much better then we expected. Spotlessly clean with three big double bedrooms, three bathrooms, kitchen, dining room and dayroom. There is a washing machine and iron, which was very helpful! Each room is with a/c and a fan. Good wifi and hot water. And all the house is protected with mosquito nets. The owner of the house was responsive and efficient, and fulfilled all our requests.

The villa is beautiful and secluded but only a 5 minute or so walk from Paje beach and a supermarket! The host Nina is also wonderful - nothing is too much for her! She provided great recommendations and a driver.

I had such a fantastic experience staying at Paje Emerald Escapes! The villas are absolutely beautiful—peaceful, well-designed, and a true slice of paradise. But what truly made the stay unforgettable was the incredible staff. A huge thank you to Leslie, who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. From arranging airport transfers to organizing tuk-tuk shuttles, she was constantly helpful, professional, and incredibly sweet. Her kindness really made me feel at home. I’d also love to give a special shoutout to Salim for helping me out when a few geckos made their way into the villa. He came over right away, was extremely helpful, and so kind throughout. I would absolutely stay here again—not just for the stunning villas, but because the people here genuinely care. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Paje!
