Being close to Mt Fuji, the scenery is breathtakingly gorgeous. But the villa being within the forest, it was cosy and felt like I was transported into a world of my own. Since there wasn’t very much light polluting the sky, we could see the night sky in all its glory. The stars were out and I was happy to see the Moon and Venus and Saturn in conjunction very clearly. The house itself was clean and very well-maintained. The location is also quite conveniently close to all of the usual touristy spots, convenience stores and restaurants, but also far enough that none of the tourists themselves were gathered in the area to take photographs, making it serene and calm and peaceful.

This was an incredible location just a couple minutes off the main road, with an amazing view of Mount Fuji. Everything was new. The rooms were very clean and the owner goes out of the way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. A very relaxing place. They provide microwave & toaster which most of the hotels do not provide. Loved the automated toilet bowl!
