The hotel is just opposite the train station, 1min walk. Is really clean everywhere and cozy, my room was good size, with a good size bathroom and absolutely spotless. The breakfast was big portion. Restaurant and cafe area is also very clean and nice. The food in the restaurant was amazing, but sadly haven't had time for a cake in the cafe as they looked delicious. Would visit again for sure!

The hotel is amazing. Situated in a building from 1927 it really brings a royal feeling and atmosphere. The room was big, great furniture and clean. Excellent free parking. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. The breakfast and the coffee in the morning were perfect. This hotel is a perl in Pleven amazing heritage and we would definitely love to visit it again.

Very beautiful and amazing. The place is wonderful, beautiful, cozy and very luxurious. It is located in the city center, very good location. The staff is very hospitable and friendly. Great host! Perfect rooms. Everything you need for your stay. Walking distance from a big hypermarket. Clean and cozy. I would recommend it.

The staff were excellent and always ready to assist with questions and requests. The location is excellent with beautiful views of the local scenery. Our room had a balcony and views onto the lake, the room was bigger than most hotels we've visited and very clean and welcoming. The sauna and jacuzzi were fantastic, it has a infinity pool which sadly opened the week after our stay. We really enjoyed our short stay and will definitely visit again in the near future.

Spacious, cozy studio! comfortable bed, super clean space. Friendly staff. A lot of power outlets on the walls, I was able to charge my devices and work on my laptop. Good quiet location, 150 meters from good restaurant and street shop for beverages. I’m very happy with my stay in the property.
