The city is clean as heck.
The city is clean as heck. The food is not that good in terms of locations of quantities and the quality of the food. Still a growing city. It will get there one day. Vinh Yen police should change out the breathalyzer mouth piece. They use the same one for all the people they stop at the checkpoint. That is the sick.
