I arrived quite early in the morning, but this appeared to be no problem: I could immediately go into my room (which I thought was very nice!). Conveniently located along the main road, and since I was travelling to Laos, the location outside the city and somewhat closer to the border was a plus for me.

This is a fantastic place to stay and rest for a couple of days after a long hot bicycle ride from Ha Giang and Sapa. The friendly family cooked great food for dinner and breakfast, I could wash my clothes, clean my bike, everything I needed to do was not a problem. Room has separate shared bathroom.

The whole property was immaculate. The living area and kitchen were fantastic. Our hosts were so helpful and welcoming. He took care of booking our sleeper bus which was a huge help. The dog was an added bonus and made us feel really homely (we miss our dog at home!)

Hotel right in the downtown, clean and comfortable room. I had to stay 4 nights overall as I was sick following a trekking (upset stomach): the owners were super-helpful and took me to a private clinic, in which I paid 25 euros. They gave me drugs which were effective and made recover in 3 days (despite the language barrier with the doctor).

Stunning roof top views over central squares and fountains,distant views of paddy fields and mountains. Very fine top floor accommodation. The proprietor arranged our daytime bus to Sapa - not available on line!

The family was really kind and nice, really smiley and helpful The room was very big, clean, beds the most comfortable in vietnam, fridge, good bathroom really spacious as well, hot shower… everything! The quality price really good, probably one of the bests in dien bien phu.
