The air in the room didn’t work and the pool was also closed when I personally called the front desk before I even booked to ask about the pool I was told it would be open. Breakfast and pool area were nice. I wasn't impressed with desk clerk at check-in. He gave our room to another couple after we had already checked in and unpacked. If I didn't catch them entering our room they would have had complete access to our belongings. When I checked in I requested a room close to the elevator.
When I checked in I requested a room close to the elevator. When I got to my room it was the last one at the end of the hallway. I had to return to the desk and have it changed to one not so far from the elevator.
