    I liked the cleanliness of the room and bathroom, the location, room views I request improvement on customer service aspect. For an international guest, it is scary enough to be in a new country. Most staff were very helpful especially those doing cleaning services, those serving at the restaurant. A few front office staff could do better

    Although our group frequent downtown Chicago, Schiller Park...

    Although our group frequent downtown Chicago, Schiller Park was nice. We enjoyed access and frequent visits to the local parks, especially the Des Plaines River Trail. We saw lots of wildlife (deer, raccoons, rabbits) and enjoyed frog sounds at night. For the young athletes there were good things for them to enjoy. Good local eateries nearby.

    Located very close to the airport

    Located very close to the airport Uber & cabs easily available, which made it very east to get around including a trip into downtown Chicago Not many restaurants within walking distance but we appreciated the convenience store & Subway inside the store The was a Q restaurant a short walk away where we had very good meals If we visit the area in the future, I cannot think of anything we would do differently re where to stay, other than perhaps including a night or two in downtown Chicago

    The elevator broke down (we heard it does often) and we were on the 7th floor I'm 80 years old with a hip issue, we asked to be moved to the 1st floor but NO, so we got room on the 2nd floor but it was still very difficult to use 2 fights of stairs. The bathtub was very slippery and the floor sticky. The location was great but I don't think I will be back there.

    it was just a room. Beds hard, Small. Fairly clean. We paid for a delux room and when we got to the room it was not a delux. The person who checked us in said nothing about it not being delux. She could not give us any kind of refund and said we had to contact Booking.com.

    It was very close to the airport and the hotel offered park and fly. There is no airport shuttle as advertised. However, we were able to catch an Uber to the airport for a reasonable price. We we paid to leave our vehicle at the hotel while we traveled. This was very convenient for us and less expensive. The staff was nice for the most part.

    Airport shuttle took you to the airport whenever you liked then train into town. Only ever waited a few mins at pick up point at airport for return to hotel. I stayed for a week to run the Chicago marathon it was a fraction of the price of town hotels. Loved the kitchenette, which made it all so easy.

    I liked the complimentary breakfast and shuttle service. The drivers were very courteous and helpful. Unlike other posh hotels we stayed at in Vegas, we had coffee facilities in our room. The bed was very comfortable and we both slept well in it.
