We saw so much! A nice combination of walks on our own including Central Park (used subway) and Times Square, etc., a Viator glass-top bus city tour including ferry (water tour) of Statue of Liberty, Broadway show, tour of Empire State Bldg., wonderful meals and drinks. New York is expensive, not a particularly easy city to navigate around. You either take cab/Uber or subway or walk. But the various neighborhoods and sights are worth the money spent and effort. You just need to be careful and aware of your surroundings. There are excellent restaurants of all varieties and ambiance. Brooklyn Botanical Garden was wonderful, a must see.

The room where we stayed was pleasant and clean. The only downside; it was a bit small. However, that did not affect our stay significantly and we will consider booking the same room next time we visit New York. The hotel is located in the heart of Manhattan, making it easy to travel anywhere you may want to go. Broadway and Times Square are right around the corner. The hotel is also next to Emmy Squared, a restaurant serving great burgers and Detroit-style pizza.

The location was ideal, a few blocks back from Central Park, very close to several subway stations and walkable to loads of the main attractions of midtown Manhattan, Times Square and Broadway. The roof garden was beautiful and the hotel bar (The Rickey) is a cosy and cool place to hang out. The bed was incredibly comfortable.

Modern Hotel in the center of Manhattan. Many sights in walking distance (Central Park, Times Square, MoMA), so it's perfect as a base to discover New York. Rooms are large (for New York), modern and clean.
