    Again, the room size was good, but very dated, the air con...

    Again, the room size was good, but very dated, the air con worked sporadically and was so loud it kept waking me. Coffe machine made a lot of noise but didnt give any coffee, liked to boil the water but wasnt capable of then sending it to the cup via the coffee bag. I like a firm mattress but this one was way too hard. Same with pillows, had a spare in wardrobe, but again was too hard. Breakfast was like a farce, huge queue, nobody knowing what was going on, no tables, everyone making their own arrangements in other spaces and shocking food, hot buffet consisted of a sweet warm toast, scrambled egg, hash brown and some limp tasteless sausages. Paper cups for coffee too was an added touch of chav.

    expected room described on the site is duble room but actually one. the hand wash bath tap is outside the lavatory. you have to brush and wash your face and hand after toilet use inside the main room.what a design!

    Location to the train/tube station Wellington, is near to the AC Marriott 3 mins and it's not too far in terms of stops from downtown. The plus in my opinion is the hotel does not have carpet, so has a cleaner feel. There is a small pool and gym. There were local food places around, walkable, from the AC Marriott, for example, Five Guys, Starbucks. Not sure about the Medford area as did not explore this much more than around the hotel. I wanted to stay somewhere near downtown with easy access, more value for money and not carpeted due my allergies.

    I absolutely loved it!

    I absolutely loved it! We stayed a week and felt very comfortable being there. The customer service was amazing with friendly staff at all hours of the day..food was delicious and totally worth it.. the hotel is located at a walking distance for amazing restaurants and has a beautiful river you can have a nice walk

    Medford is a quiet area and it is not far from airport and...

    Medford is a quiet area and it is not far from airport and amtrak station. It has some fun places. My favorite place is the Pizzeria Regina of Medfod place and cold stone shop which is about 5 minutes walk from Townplace hotel by Marriott where we stayed. It is not difficult navigating through Medford. We took taxi and lift and we didn't spend up to $100 on a trip depending where we went. From amtrak station to Townplace hotel by Marriott at Medford, we spent about $30 to get there by lift.

    The musty smell in the rooms was too much to handle.

    The musty smell in the rooms was too much to handle. They need to remove and replace the carpets, then keep the carpets dry. The smell was awful. Bring a gas mask if you plan to go into the room. The hallways didn't smell though.

    We did not have the breakfast, so cannot comment on breakfast. The hotel is located very near the T - this is the equivalent to the tube station, however you have to go up the stairs for the car park to the sky bridge or take the lift - but the lift was broken so we did not use this. Downtown is on the same line, so you don't have to change trains. There are also food places nearby and a Starbucks near the hotel in walking distance, so you can get around easily.
