    I live this place!

    I live this place! It has become my home away from home as I meet my online lovers here quite often. The location is great and is close to sporting arenas which is my fake reason for being here. Close to the interstate, so I have access to all kinds of women. My girlfriend has no clue, its almost too easy!

    Great location.

    Great location. The Manager really went out of her way to provide guests with a nice stay while trying to give employees time with family over the Thanksgiving holiday. Good location for quick meals and grocery shopping! Suite was a very comfortable place to spend downtime!

    was in town for a wedding not much else to report due to the continual cold and downpour during our entire stay but there are plenty of restaurants and the huge mall is nearby...that alone is a destination within itself !

    I did not like the smells and the decor in the room.

    I did not like the smells and the decor in the room. Breakfast was not what I expected for an American breakfast. Okay for a 1 night stay.The first room was musty smelling and the second was chemically smelling. Perhaps consider using more earth friendly cleaners.

    Trip was for taking my granddaughter shopping at Destiny. Very convenient, lee then 5 minutes. Great place to shop. Also found a very good Italian restaurant, Santangelo's. Good food, good service, and reasonably priced. Worth the visit, and only 5 minutes from hotel!

    It’s a quiet and safe place compared to other parts of Syracuse. It’s fine if you have your own car but I took public transportation and the Centro bus comes every 40 minutes so it’s quite a challenge. Good side, public buses service the Liverpool area until midnight while buses are no longer available by 8:30PM in other parts of Syracuse. Very important to know the schedule of availability of public buses if you don’t have a car. Uber/Lyft rates are a bit prohibitive but the only other option when there are no buses available.

    The breakfast was a great surprise. I didn't realize when booking this hotel that breakfast was included. All of the staff were friendly and accommodating. Mary who worked the breakfast area goes above and beyond for the guest. The facilities were clean.

    this hotel is my go to when we come to syracuse ... it is close to everything you need .. shoppers . lots of stores around and no need to go to destiny mall ....surrounded by restaurants that within walking distance . etc.
