This hotel is really top tier. All the employees, especially the ones at the reception treat you really like guests and not only like customers. The service is outstanding. The room is very probably the best I've been at a hotel. Everything is very comfortable and very clean. Definitely best bath room ever. The restaurant is very good, also the pantry is always filled with great food and beverages. This hotel really lives up to the all inclusive concept. Thank you for the great time there!

I want to give a special shoutout to Donald J, who helped me a lot during my stay. He helped me get groceries, find food, and even gave me rides to my campus. It made me feel like I was at home even though I was in a new place. I also want to mention Mary, another staff member who was really nice and made my stay better.
