    Cleanest beach well attended and observed by safety personel, Ate breakfast at the Hotel as it was fabulos and very reasnable. One great City! Many good restaurants and good shoping. Visibility of law enforcement made me feal safe. We played a lot o volley bal and ejoyed the sand and water. The surf is good and the sand prettty white and clean.

    The beach area is much larger than I thought it would be.

    The beach area is much larger than I thought it would be. A real holiday feel and I love the bikes and skateboards and golf cars having right of way on the beach road. I wished the hotels were less pricey on the beach front. Also, don't back into parkings - it will set you back $25. Lol

    It’s a beautiful beach area, but just a little crazy during spring break. At 10 AM the sidewalks and boardwalk are crawling with spring breakers, but by 1 AM they are heaving their guts up in the bushes.

    Beautiful, clean beach.

    Beautiful, clean beach. Peaceful atmosphere - perfect for people who don't like overly commercial or touristic beaches. Loved to see the amount of people jogging, cycling or walking their dogs along the beach. This felt like a home away from home.

    One day before checking out, the weekend cleaning crew took $600 worth of clothing from our room. Totally ruined our stay experience. Neither the on site management or Company has contacted us to resolve this issue. DON'T STAY HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR PERSONAL PROPERTY!!!!!

    I forgot to mention that the house is about a 15 min walk to the beach. We drove most days and found it pretty easy to park for free. There are several "beaches" within a 3 min drive of each other. Jacksonville Beach had a slightly rougher surf and rugged seafloor, whereas Atlantic Beach had a smooth seafloor and calmer surf but was more crowded due to public parking. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in the house. It had just about everything I needed for a relaxing 5 day vacation with my hubby and 12,15 yo. The beds were comfy, place was clean, a/c is amazing, washer n dryer, grill, neighbors were friendly...nice play to stay while not being on top of each other. The kids and I walked to Gator Icecream every night, which is just 3 blocks from the beach! There are several restaurants within walking distance as well. Thanks again Mr. Theo. We'll definitely be back.

    The location is perfect. The whole hotel is spotless. The towels and bathrobes are fantastic. The balcony is lovely. The bed is super comfortable and the bed linen is lovely. It was an absolute treat to stay here.
