We were able to check in in the morning straight off our cruise, very comfortable and new. Staff were always helpful. Oddly no facilities are listed on booking.com but they have 24 hr fresh hot drinks, ice, a great little gym and an outdoor swimming pool (b.com said no pool!) Room has safe, iron, hair dryer, plentiful towels and bathroom products. Good breakfast. There's a gas station a short walk away which had provisions, fresh pizza. So despite not being able to look up the facilities before arrival they were all there. Well recommended for pre and post cruise. Short uber ride to airport. Great value.

We stayed here for two days as we were going on a Disney cruise. Got the suite for two adults and two kids. The room was very spacious. Beds were clean. Bathroom was clean. Had a little couch and kitchen area. Way more space than we needed and the price was very reasonable. $450 for two nights. I used the gym (keyed entry), used the washer and dryer, ($1/cycle). Breakfast was great. Rented a car and parked in their garage, that was the only thing that was a bit pricey at $30/night. Staff was excellent and very friendly and communicative! Location was interesting (first time visiting Fort Lauderdale so I didn’t know what to expect) but we mostly stayed in the suite. Would highly recommend.

    It is great the weekend I went had a great air show with Blue Angels flying in the sky. It adheres to multiple vibes even the club scene to go dancing or the family- bike rentals are available enough restaurants on the strip and one of the Best Pizza shops in Broward not like Chicago or New York pizza but still good and large in serving.

    I just loved going for breakfast asking for water, there were 4 of us! You can only get 4 waters per table, or we will be charged? Strange! We had cardboard pancakes, the manager took care of that grateful for her! On a good note our waitress was great, no fantastic! Only good thing about breakfast! The manager also compt us for the next day, was good! Again Thank you! For what you pay for the hotel you shouldn't have to pay for parking, they nickel and dime you to death here! Really sad! The rest of Fort Lauderdale does the same! Not worth the stay!

    Not the great vacation/convention spot it was 25 years ago. Expensive add ons including parking and chairs to enjoy the sun. Construction, no direct water views. Making reservations for jet ski excursion was a joke (Esteban). Pools and hot tub not monitored. Regular/daily pandhandlers on the main streets. Not relaxing. unlikely to return

    Nice resort and beaches.

    Nice resort and beaches. There are busy areas if you like them, but also quiet areas. We visited the State Park, which was lovely. Hotel on Riomarr Street where we stayed was good and well located. Nice rooftop bar and quiet for sleeping

    The owner & staff were very communicative & friendly. Considering Fort Lauderdale sprawls, the location was good for nearby restaurant's, the shopping galleria, the state park & beaches. We used Uber because parking in FL is challenging & the heat/humidity when we went was uncomfortable for walking long distances. The guesthouse also offers free parking & a continental breakfast. We chose a room with a separate bedroom and with a kitchenette. The pool area was private & peaceful

    The place was clean, quiet, and was well maintained. The pool and putting green were nice amenities that we took advantage of. The property was well situated close to shopping as well as beaches in the area. We were in Fort Lauderdale for scuba diving and that was spectacular and not at all crowded this time of year. We would definitely reserve this property again next year. A very good value for the price.
