Everything was delightful and decorated for Christmas. Location was convenient to the electric buses which were a bonus. Felt the food service could have been better and it would have been nice to have breakfast included in our stay. Had lobster bisque one evening and was ill the next two days with gastro issues. Not sure if it was food poisoning but I had all the symptoms. We ESPECIALLY enjoyed the Haunted 311 Room tour given by John who is a talented actor.

Stayed here for two nights while visiting Chattanooga. The hotel's location simply can't be beat, it is within easy walking or driving distance of a great number of amazing sights, restaurants, bars, breweries, et c. The hotel itself was recently renovated and the room I stayed in – half of a former train car – was immaculate and felt very luxurious. While there's no traditional breakfast service the café in the lobby sells coffee and pastries. Parking was easy to find right outside the entrance. Every member of staff I interacted with was super helpful and friendly. Next time I'm in Chattanooga, I'd love to stay here again.

Property is pretty new but well maintained and clean. Staff is super helpful and welcoming. They offer free breakfast but also free dinner/evening snack and drinks for in house guests, which I have never seen anywhere else. Restaurant is open until midnight, food quality is also good. Room size was decent for us.

Very pet friendly. Comfortable beds Dinner menu superb. Bathrooms exceptionally. Friendly Staff. The only thing I have to say is that the parking costs of $18 was out of range. I parked my own car which was only a few yards away from the entrance. The cost percentage compared to room cost is not in line with the hotels I usually stay in. I staid in the hotel In Dec and returned in Jan and was charged a pet fee the second time and parking, which I parked myself and got my own luguage,

    Chattanooga is home for me.

    Chattanooga is home for me. I was coming down to see Chaka Kahn but the concert was cancelled and I forgot to cancel the room. So I was being charged for the room so decided to go stay any way. But other than that the city has changed a 100 fold over especially the downtown area. It feels like another city. Nothing like the one I grew up in.

    Ruby Falls was the highlight of our stay.

    Ruby Falls was the highlight of our stay. A "must see" in Chattanooga, but you have to make an appointment in advance online. We also enjoyed the Chattanooga Choo Choo Exibit downtown, Lunch nearby at the Tailgate Brewery was very excellent. Many tap beers to choose from. I ordered a flight of four beers and they were all great! The walking bridge over the river was closed, we enjoyed the sights by car.

    There were so many great places to eat!

    There were so many great places to eat! The people were nice, and the hotel was excellent. I will definitely plan another trip back soon. The paid parking makes it easy to park and walk to all the locations. Ruby Falls, Lookout Mountain, and the ferry ride were the best. This will be a trip that can and will be done again.

    If you’re looking for a great place to watch go to blue moose! There are quite a few restaurants in the area but this one tops all of them! Amazing food, drinks and service. And it doesn’t break the bank either!

    We visited the Aquarium that was Very Nice!

    We visited the Aquarium that was Very Nice! Then on to the Chattanooga and Chicamauga Battle sights. Later, we toured Ruby Fall and it was awesome for the whole family. The downtown is walkable to restaurants and shops. A fun three day trip.

    Beautiful city with lots of attractions, bars/hangout places, and tons of great restaurants! I love that you can be at the top of Lookout Mountain and then in downtown Chattanooga within 15 minutes. Fun downtown area right on the river.

    Really lovely hotel so different and quirky nice touch that you got a free drink token on arrival, CeCe who booked us in was really welcoming and helpful, great location , lovely area outside to sit in the sunshine, would highly recommend 👍 just one tiny negative hated the bed linen no quilt! A sheet and very scratchy blanket, looked trendy but really uncomfortable.
