    Older town has most of what you need.

    Older town has most of what you need. Located near bigger areas so travel was 15 mins to most things. Nice to be out of the crazy Cloumbia traffic but close enough to enjoy shopping and venues Cloumbia.

    Before checking in 8/3 Booking.com did not respond to my...

    Before checking in 8/3 Booking.com did not respond to my many requests to cancel day 8/5 and refund me my money. We checked out 5AM 8/4 still no response from Booking.com regarding my refund! Cayce's walkways are filthy and stained, The ice machine in the check in office had dirt and what seems to be liquid mold growing in it, The pillowcases were clean. however, the stench from the pillow themselves was unbearable, terrible stench, I requested two additional towels from the front desk and was refused. Two towels haw to do for my son, two grandsons and I. We found toilet tissue that was enough for one use.

    Good location if one is visiting Congaree Natl Park, which is an excellent stop even for a short time. Gas and food options are good in immediate vicinity of the intersection of I-26. Traffic through Columbia can be brutal so if you're traveling east-to-west and staying overnight it might be better to get a place on the west side of the city. For some reason the prices of all lodging in and around Columbia seem inflated for what you get... even on the discount sites.

    The overnight desk clerk helped me get the handicapped room with a roll in shower as I requested. We weren't sure if we'd be staying Thursday or Friday night, and she had this type of room available both nights until we were sure.

    The property was well kept outside. The lady who checked me in was very professional and nice. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. The pool was relaxing. Great area close to everything. Had breakfast in the morning. Felt safe and definitely will visit again . Check in and out was easy. Price was good.
