    The staff was really nice.

    The staff was really nice. The cleanliness of the room was not acceptable, no hand soap in dispenser, broken window blind, filthy wash clothes and furnishings.....highly disappointed. I will definitely not spend my hard earned money to stay here again

    The staff was very friendly and helpful.

    The staff was very friendly and helpful. The accommodations were very comfortable. The price was pretty reasonable, but honestly I feel people over charge for everything nowadays. I was very satisfied with my stay because there was so much in the area and you could walk to at least 7 or more places to eat.

    There were NO supplies: no breakfast, no actual coffee, never asked about room cleaning—just didn’t do it, no soap or shampoo/conditioner etc. after one tiny bar (3 people for 5 days), room keys never worked without re-activation, smell of smoke in no-smoking room, blow dryer worked but covered with hair —dirty filter. Positive side, mattress was decent, nothing stolen cuz no staff ever cleaned or emptied trash, heat was working well.

    I've stayed there many times and I've never had a issue with anything. Check in was great... Mr Sam the manager was excellent. Everyone had a great attitude. All the workers were nice. Rooms super clean. Very quiet. Amazing

    The area was good.

    The area was good. I was there for my class reunion for Catonsville High. So I was familiar with the area. However, I would not recommend the Ramada Inn West to anyone-since it was very unclean. The rooms need to be fumigated to get rid of the roaches.
