It has an old world feel and mystique with the best of modern efficiency, courtesy and service. I would recommend it unreservedly to any would-be traveller to Cleveland.

Come here to relax. Beds were most comfortable we've ever had for some reason. Coffee is available downstairs and you need to wait for it. Chat with friendly staff while they make it. They also bring it up for you. Tub had jets and could also b used as shower. We loved that the staff here maintains this property dating back to the 1840's. We want to come back to enjoy the spa downstairs and restaurant/bar. With only 14 rooms the staff spent time helping us out way more than any other hotel stay I've had. We appreciated the effort that went in to capturing the feel of the Victorian Era in this place.
