    This area is more upscale than many, and so has good...

    This area is more upscale than many, and so has good shopping and eateries galore. We used the location to venture every direction - Valley Fair, MoA, Uptown/Downtown Mpls, zoos, museums - most within a 15-20 minute drive. Really, some of the best shopping available within a relatively small area means more time for fun. There is no shortage of activities to reach from Bloomington, and we will stay there again. Though Fat Lorenzo's pizzeria has a Minneapolis address, it's worth a little drive.

    The room was decent, the beds were soft.

    The room was decent, the beds were soft. It's within walking distance to the mall of America. The hot breakfast you paid for in the over all cost doesn't exist. Parking isn't free like the site says as well, it's an extra $10 a night. the kids pool looked more like a watery mud puddle. When we left construction had started down one of the back hallways. That I'm not complaining about I understand revamps need to happen just a heads up for folks. The staff were very nice. I just seemed like they were in over their heads with things the website says versus what they can actually do.

    We already answered this question. Why do you ask the same questions again? Internet access was terrible. Don't believe claims of internet access. Depending on which individual, customer service was either excellent or frustrating with lack of understanding

    We had dessert at Snuffy's Malt Shop (Triple D-Food Network)...

    We had dessert at Snuffy's Malt Shop (Triple D-Food Network), visited Mall of America. Highly recommend Nickelodeon Universe and Crayola Experience for families. Would suggest two days there. One for the amusement park and another for shopping. There is also an Outlet Mall in Eagan, not far from Bloomington. We also ate at Junior's Diner in Eagan. Highways were a little confusing due to construction. If you are a huge coffee fan (like myself), they offer Caribou and Starbs. We really enjoyed the Timberwolves NBA game. Our family had a great time for our MN visit.

    Bloomington hotels are in the airport area, most have shuttles, are very nice, but reasonable. The Mall of America is a big draw, built for shopping, but also an amusement park, theater, Lego display, etc, for an indoor hangout in wintry Minnesota! Trains connect this area to downtown and more. The beautiful valley where the Minnesota River flows into the Mississippi gives options for nice drives, or walks in MN Valley Wildlife Refuge, at the east end of American Blvd, by the Hilton. Old Fort Snelling has activities, museum. Lots of eating in this area, including the Mandarin Kitchen which actually has dim sum on weekends!!!

    I was there to visit my daughter who lives in Minneapolis.

    I was there to visit my daughter who lives in Minneapolis. Bloomington is just shopping - IKEA and a huge mall. Minneapolis is a vibrant city with museums, restaurants and much to visit. The lakes right in the city are swimmable in summer.

    A shuttle that takes you from and to the airport and to the mall. Also, both drives were very nice. The breakfast could use a waffle or pancake maker, but there were many types of food I have never had offered at any other hotel. All the staff at the front desk were very nice and helpful. The room was clean, and the guy housekeeper was very nice when I needed extra towels. If I return to the Mall of America, I will definitely stay here. Getting free hot Chocolate was a nice plus too.

    The breakfast was very nice, and my kids enjoyed the pool area. The room was great, and we didn't hear a thing from above, beside or below us. A very good stay overall and when we come back to Minneapolis, we will definitely be staying at your hotel again.

    Breakfast was o.k, however eggs and yougurt were not included. I used the bus pass to go to some attractions and bus stop to downtown was in front of the hotel. Shuttle service was good too to go Mall of America and the Airport.
