The hotel was right off the interstate and easy to find.
The hotel was right off the interstate and easy to find. We did not find anything in Bethel to do and there were very few choices of where to eat. There were three or four pizza shops close, one diner with hours of operation being 7 am to 3 pm seven days a week, and two gas stations with convenience items. Staff were very rude, were not very communicative, charged me a pet fee for my emotional support animal, which they legally cannot do, and my room key only worked twice out of every ten swipes. The hotel was maintained and worked well for a quick stop. However there was some issues with the stay, and they were not able to fix or even give a discount or refund (see below). So if you have any issues, it will not be made right. The power went out and they lost water... So we had to use a dirty toilet, without AC or airflow and without power the smoke alarm chirped every few minutes and kept us up most of the night. Breakfast options were misrepresented. It’s not “breakfast included “ when there’s no prepared food or those make your own waffles. It was lackluster at best microwaving sandwiches. The pool needed to be cleaned. The room was the best part. Spacious and accommodating. The bed could have been a little softer but sleep was had.
