I enjoyed the hotel while I was there.
I enjoyed the hotel while I was there. However, the hotel does not care in the least about customer satisfaction. Booking.com asked that the cancellation fee be waived due to a health issue, and the hotel did not respond to Booking as requested. I will never use Booking again and I will never stay at this hotel in Belmont ever again. Their money is more important to them than repeat customers! They just don't care! One week after the cancellation I was able to travel to Sleep Inn at Belmont, but this did not mean anything to these people.Guest review byMary LouUnited States - 10.0
The registration Lady was especially nice and attentive.
The registration Lady was especially nice and attentive. The room was professionally prepared and clean. Everything was in good working order and the shower was excellent and refreshing. The breakfast was a great start and value for our trip.Guest review byMichael - 10.0
The bed was surprisingly comfortable.
The bed was surprisingly comfortable. I say surprisingly because for the per night price I was expecting a cheaper bed feeling (if that makes sense) My one and only bed gripe is that the pillows were too soft. Breakfast was really really good, enough variety and choices to keep me here for breakfast; as opposed to leaving to eat out. If I am ever traveling in this area again, I would about stay here again.Guest review byKroog72United States
