Absolutely fantastic place, with the nicest staff. The Villa we booked, has space for 12 people. Great little private pool and a lovely sand garden. Different menu for lunch and dinner every day. Our kids also loved the place.

This place is very good for solo travelers, good value for money, very very safe and exceptionally great staff , very loving and helpful. The owner is very helpful and kind as well. Great food ,more over the hotel is just by a Beautiful white sand beach. Overview a highly recommended place to stay in zanibar.

We really liked the hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and nicely furnished. Everything was in place and worked perfectly – air conditioning, water, and Wi-Fi.The staff was really helpful - you can see that they care. The food in the restaurant was tasty, with portions just right. The beach is wide and clean – perfect for walks and relaxing. The area is quiet, ideal for unwinding. If you're looking for a nice place to relax, it's definitely worth coming here!

The rooms were clean and had a beautiful sea view & view of the sunrise over the ocean. The staff was amazing, Kassia and Pawel were incredible hosts and everyone did their best to help us with any requests we had, we felt very welcome. Interesting place to stay to get an insight into local Zanzibar life.

Everything!!!! The best service ever! The best hotel in zanzibar! The hotel is next to the beach. The beach is less for swimming because of many seaweed. The hotel is beautiful, new, clean, modern, and there is also a spa. They sang to us happy anniversary and surprised with chocolate cake. Also the bed was well organized and in the room we found sparkling wine! The view from the room is outstading, especially during sunrise. The area is not crowded as other part of Zanzibar and for us it was perfect! The food was very good!

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at the fabulous Marafiki Beach Hotel in Matemwe. From the moment we arrived, our expectations were exceeded. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they made us feel right at home. The views from the hotel were breathtaking. We were able to relax and take in the beauty of the beach, ocean, and nearby islands. The restaurant served delicious food with a variety of options to choose from. Every night was peaceful and serene due to its location on an idyllic white sand beach. We felt so lucky to be able to walk along it admiring the sunset every evening. It was truly magical! We had such an amazing time at Marafiki Beach Hotel that we really hope to be able to come back again one day soon!

The service was impeccable - from the security staff when entering and leaving the property, the reception staff always happy and eager to help, the restaurant staff was there to serve every step of the way and the excursion manager (Abdul) deserves a special mention. He arranged private tours for us and went above and beyond to make it comfortable for us. The property is remote, but everything you need is there.

We had a lovely stay for 2 nights, the staff is very welcoming and Paco & Maria are really nice. The room was perfect, lots of space, lots of fans and a big bed. The property is huge and we enjoyed resting by the pool and eating from the restaurant that serves delicious food. I definitely recommend a massage, best one I never had! Next time we’ll try the yoga class.
