Unfortunately, when we arrived at the place, we did not find any free rooms and they explained to us that several reservations came in from Booking at the same time. Which was a big lie, they offered us a terrible, dirty apartment and literally left us on the street with our child in the middle of the night. They refunded our money but did not offer us an alternative, a normal hotel. :( We had called in advance

Super friendly, warm and helpfull staff. They arrange a full day tour for me to Sumela monestry 😍👌👏 very clean. Close to the supermarket, airport and all the restaurant and shopping area 😍 I can highly recommend the hotel 👌👏
